  • real estate:
    • residential:
      • acting on purchase and sale, skip transfer, syndication, transfer of beneficial interest with securities of registered owner entity, lease-option and agreement for sale transactions; and
      • advising landlords and tenants on rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancy Act, and representing same at residential tenancy office hearings.
    • commercial:
      • conducting due diligence investigations and searches, negotiating and drafting commercial purchase and sale agreements, and acting on completions; and
      • negotiating and drafting commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants, advising and representing same on disputes, distress matters.
    • development:
      • reviewing and advising developers on regional growth strategies, official community plans, zoning, development, subdivision and building bylaws:
      • performing due diligence, drafting and structuring acquisition agreements and development entities including limited partnerships and vendor participation (carried interest) schemes;
